Children’s health workshop (September)
The goal for this workshop will be to have a general idea of what consist a healthy diet and lifestyle for your children. We will go over prevention of minor childhood illnesses, gut health, optimal nutrition for a growing child, digestion etc…What consists of taking care of a child the holistic way mentally and physically. We will NOT cover chronic illnesses.
Preparation for fertility workshop (October)
The topics we will cover are: how to eat for fertility (male and female), what are the chemicals that can interfere with fertility and how to avoid them, what are the important steps to take prior to conception.
Children & Chronic illnesses workshop (November)
The topics we will cover are: what are the chronic illnesses? How chronic illnesses come about? What can expecting parents do to avoid them? What general steps can parents of chronically ill children can take?
Please bear in mind the workshops will be for information purposes and non-refundable. Is your responsibility to attend and stay informed about any changes prior to the workshop. 1 hour session: $65
3 months for 1 person
This service offers more support and accountability. The 3 months program includes: 1 live call once a month, unlimited emails Monday to Friday from 10am-6pm Eastern Time, your diet and lifestyle will be reviewed weekly to make sure you stay on course. This program is excellent for an individual (male or female) who is really new to healthy lifestyle and is overwhelmed with all the information available.
3 x 1 hour sessions: $2500
3 months for a couple
This service offers more support and accountability. The 3 months program includes: 1 live call once a month, unlimited emails Monday to Friday from 10am-6pm Eastern Time, your diet and lifestyle will be reviewed weekly to make sure you stay on course. This program is excellent for individuals or couples who are really new to healthy lifestyle and are overwhelmed with all the information available.
3 x 1 hour sessions: $3000
An 1 hour session addressing your child/children health while going over the answers from my questionnaire. We will set a program that will help your child if there are specific issues or guarantee that he/she gets the best nutrition for a growing body. Session will be live using Zoom.
First 1 hour session: $300
Follow up 45min session: $50
1 month for a child
This program offers more accountability and support, the one month program includes: 1 live session a week, unlimited emails M-F 10am to 6pm Eastern time (New York), a weekly meal planning that I will help the parent make and an overall check on lifestyle practices for the child to make sure he/she is being overall healthy. This program is excellent for parents who are new to the healthy living and would like more support and guidance to make sure they are doing the right things.This program will help you with necessary information to help ensure that your child is growing happy and healthy.
1 month support: $1000
NOURISHING THE MUM
1 month support for 1 person
This program is excellent for women still in childbearing years, with toddlers or older children, either she wants other children or not. The 1 month program includes: 1 live call once a month, unlimited emails Monday to Friday from 10am-6pm Eastern Time, your diet and lifestyle will be reviewed weekly to make sure you stay on course. The service will focus on nourishing the mom who has gone through sleepless night, postpartum, breastfeeding or not, running after a toddler, working from or out of home etc… all of that depletes the body and many have a hard time prioritizing themselves and nutrition. I will help you find the ways to be nourished, balance hormones and overall helping getting to better health.
1 month support: $1000
All consultations take place over Zoom video conferencing, on weekday daytimes only.
Before your consultation
You will be sent a detailed health questionnaire to complete and return to me at least 3 days before your consultation – failure to return this to me will result in lost consultation time and may mean your appointment will have to be rescheduled.
Please notify me at least 24 hrs before your appointment if you need to cancel or rearrange. Cancellations within 24 hrs or non-attendance will be charged at 50% of the consultation fee.
Clients who commit to working with me for a minimum of 3 months will achieve the best results. It takes around 3 months to mature an egg and a batch of sperm so this is the minimum amount of time required to improve the quality of eggs and sperm.
Embarking on the healthy lifestyle journey can be intimidating especially If we are doing it alone or have no idea really what we are doing. A lot of stress, doubt and anxiety can take over and that can discourage anyone. Having a knowledgeable counselor or coach who can walk you through what needs to be done will make you successful in what you want to achieve but will also help you save money in the long run because you will purchase what you need and what will work for your case. Working with me, I will take into consideration your diet and lifestyle (stress, toxins…). I will also take into consideration your medical history and herbal support or supplements I will recommend will have to be approved by your health care provider.
Please be aware that there are some cases that I will have to turn down, I cannot help with every fertility issues since some are really intricate and will require surgeries for example. I also can only take a few clients at the time to make sure I put all my attention in each case.

How does it work?
I believe in taking a three-part approach to holistic healing that goes over your lifestyle, emotional state, and diet. Each of these elements plays a significant role in how you function as a human being, and as your health guide, I believe in starting at the root of your issues. During a consultation, we will go over your lifestyle first to see what triggers your symptoms. Next, we’ll go through your emotional state so you can develop coping mechanisms to deal with stress better. (As a quick note here, I am not a psychiatrist so this will just be a brief explanation so I get an idea of how to help you.) Then, we will go over your nutrition and identify areas of your diet that can use a little help. I do not believe in imposing a specific diet but rather, working with my client’s dietary needs and lifestyle to find what works best for them and their body.
Now remember, it took months, if not years, to build up your emotions and learn an unhealthy lifestyle, so it will take more than a day to get rid of all the bad habits. But it’s something that’s certainly not impossible, and with the right help, can lead you to living a happier, healthier life.
